Dashboard: For Clients

This page is for clients who have been given access to a Vard workspace. You can share this link directly with your clients.

Logging in

Your developer will send you an invite email. Click the link, create your account, and you’ll land in your workspace dashboard.

Editing content

The left sidebar shows all the sections your developer has set up. Click a section to see its fields.

Each field has a label (e.g. “Hero Title”) and sometimes a description explaining what it’s used for. Edit the field value directly in the input.

Field types you’ll see:

  • Text — click to edit, type your new value
  • Rich text — a simple text editor for formatted content (bold, headings, lists)
  • Image — click to upload a new image from your computer
  • Toggle — flip on or off (e.g. “Show testimonials section”)
  • Color — pick a color from the color picker
  • Collection — a list of items (e.g. team members, testimonials) you can add, reorder, and delete

Publishing changes

Editing a field saves a draft. Your changes are not live until you click Publish in the bottom bar.

Once you publish, your site will reflect the new content within a short interval (usually within a minute, depending on how your developer configured caching).

What you can’t do

Your developer controls which fields are available to you. You can only edit what’s been exposed — you cannot add new sections, change the site’s layout, or edit anything outside the fields shown in your dashboard.

If you need a change that isn’t covered by an existing field, contact your developer.
