By using Vard, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, you shouldn't use the platform. It's that simple.
You own everything you create on Vard. Your text, your images, and your branding belong to you. By putting them on our platform, you're just giving us permission to host them and show them to the world on your behalf.
Vard is a professional tool for healthcare practitioners and business owners. To keep the platform safe for everyone, we ask that you don't:
Use Vard for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
Try to break, hack, or reverse-engineer our systems.
Spam or harass other users through our tools.
We charge for our services on a subscription basis. You can cancel at any time, and you'll have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't do hidden fees, and we'll always notify you before any price changes.
If you break these rules or use the platform in a way that harms others, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account. We'll always try to talk to you first, but in extreme cases, we may act immediately to protect our community.
We work hard to make Vard the best it can be, but we provide it "as-is." This means we can't be held liable for any indirect damages or data loss that might occur while using the platform.
