Terms of Service.
The rules of the road for building and running a site on Vard. Written to be fair, plain, and free of surprises.
Our agreement
By using Vard, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, you shouldn't use the platform. They're written to be fair, transparent, and focused on helping you ship and run great sites.
Your content, your ownership
You own everything you create on Vard — your text, images, and branding belong to you. Putting them on the platform simply gives us permission to host them and serve them to your visitors. We never claim rights to your work.
Platform standards
Vard is a professional tool. To keep the network healthy, we ask everyone to hold to a few standards:
No illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
No attempts to breach or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
No automated spamming or harassment through our tools.
Billing & fees
Live sites are billed on a transparent subscription. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the current period. No hidden fees — and we'll always give 30 days' notice before any price change.
Termination
If these standards are violated, or the platform is used in a way that harms others, we may suspend access. We prioritize communication and will try to resolve any issue with you directly before taking action.
Responsibility
We work hard to keep Vard reliable, but the service is provided “as-is.” We can't be held liable for indirect damages or technical disruptions outside our direct control.
